Personal energy healing sessions begin with a few minutes of discussion about your history and the reasons for your visit. Lily typically spends an hour in preparation for your session and will already have guidance on which aspects of yourself are most ready for transformation.
You will typically lie face-up on a comfortable massage table (fully-clothed). Lily’s hands may at times lightly touch or hover several inches above your body, and sound therapy tools like tuning forks or crystal singing bowls may be used. You may feel tingling sensations, pressure, heat or cold, a variety of other physical symptoms, or it may also be that you feel nothing at all! Often strong emotions, memories, or thoughts will surface, or a scene may play through your mind. What you feel or see during the session is often a clue as to what the body and soul are processing. This hands-on part of your session can last from a few minutes to nearly the entire hour.
When the energy work is done, the remainder of your session is spent discussing what the next steps are to healing and releasing what is not truly you, so you can begin self-healing from the inside out. Lily will explore what your body’s priorities are and the order in which it wants issues addressed. You will leave with a custom list of action items to carry you forward, such as: specific emotional issues to explore, gentle somatic exercises to help process energy, dietary suggestions, homeopathic remedies, and other changes to consider incorporating in your life. This is always a no-judgment and no-shaming to-do list, designed not to overwhelm but to help you grow and discover what is resisting the remembrance of your true self.
Remote sessions take place over the phone or video call and are every bit as effective as in-person.
